MY STORY

After 16 years working in group practices, I am opening the doors of my own practice to patients in the greater Fort Wayne area and beyond— offering them a wide range of counseling and psychological services to guide them through life’s challenges and most trying times.

We aren't meant to live life alone. I know this from experience. Over the last several years I have invested in my own individual counseling, group support, and business coaching. Before having these powerful connections with people, I found myself living the status quo, feeling bogged down when challenges came my way. Not thriving or living in the powerful energy of connecting to my purpose and passion.

Now I am finding the strength and support to move towards what I really want. I am creating a meaningful life in my relationships, my work, and my family. As a trained professional doing my own work, I am here to be a support and guide for you on your journey. Life can be challenging, but with the right resources you can navigate it with strength and find a path of purpose and meaning.
